Clients may request to cancel services at any time before the project initiation. Upon receiving a cancellation request, Syscraft will review the request and may approve the cancellation. If the project has already commenced, cancellation may be subject to additional terms and fees, as outlined in the service agreement.
Syscraft follows a fair refund policy to ensure client satisfaction. Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of the project and any costs incurred by Syscraft up to the cancellation date. Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to processing fees. However if the Invoice is paid against the work completed, then there will be No Refunds processed. Refunds will be only for the advances paid.
Specific refund and cancellation terms are detailed in the service agreement for each project. Clients are encouraged to review the agreement carefully to understand the applicable terms.
In the event that Syscraft cannot fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to terminate a project. In such cases, any payments made for services not rendered will be refunded to the client.
Certain expenses incurred during the project, such as third-party licenses, domain registrations, and other out-of-pocket costs, may not be eligible for a refund and will fall under No Refund policy.
To request a cancellation or seek a refund, clients are required to contact Syscraft through the designated communication channels. Requests will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken as per the terms and conditions.
If a client disputes a charge for services provided by Syscraft, we will investigate the matter and work to resolve the dispute amicably. However, fraudulent disputes will be reported to the appropriate authorities and will be subject to legal action as per the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Syscraft reserves the right to modify this Refunds and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will be effective upon posting.
